Beginner's Permit (Knowledge Test) Road Test (Skill Test)

DESCRIPTION: Beginner's Permit - Required for all individuals (no matter of age) who seek to obtain a SC Driver's License. Road Test - Recommend for individuals over 17, who has held beginner's permit for 180 days. Road Test - basic skill consist of three point turn, backing straight, parallel parking and road skill consist of multiple skills such as speed, gap, steering, brakes, lane changes, intersections, stopping, etc..
